WHAT ARE WE OFFERING YOU & YOUR CLIENTS?

Looking to improve your sales by renovating or modifying a house?
Do you have a prospective property/listing but the funds are tight?
JDesigners offers 3 custom tailored packages dependent on realtors & clients want/needs. You’ll find additional information regarding each below.

Basic

The Basic package are for jobs under $15,000 BEFORE clients move in. Small jobs such as painting, flooring, trimming, changing vanities etc.

Premium

The Premium package are for jobs over $15,000 including basements, kitchen, master suites etc. It also includes 3D rendering of space.

Ultimate (Turn key)

The ultimate package is as its name suggests. It includes all of the products/services within the premium package plus furniture BEFORE clients move in to the house
The REALTOR +Plus Program are for clients that are in the market to buy a house. If they purchase a house that needs work; JDesigners will be able to renovate at NO UPFRONT COST. The Renovation cost would be incorporated into their mortgages through small monthly payments. They move into a newly renovated house and will not have to worry about the upgrading cost after the move. Amortization can go up to 30 years, making renovations very affordable.
Selling your house? Want to prepare it for sale but funds are again tight?
JDesigners will renovate it and prep it for you. You don’t pay* until the property is sold. Based on approved credit
